Island Picnic

Climb aboard our comfortable authentic outrigger canoe and let yourself be carried off on an incomparable adventure, exploring this fabulous island full of exquisite discoveries to delight your senses.

Parka and Armando will share with you the island's history, its sacred legends and the daily life of the locals. From the lagoon you can enjoy a splendid panoramic view of the island. For a moment you can feel like Robinson Crusoe, cast away on a tropical island between the lagoon and the open ocean, with the famous local dish: poisson cru--raw fish "cooked" in lime juice and soaked in coconut milk.

This delectable picnic is prepared and served to you by our committed staff. You will have the opportunity to visit splendid underwater coral gardens, replete with flora and fauna. All the necessary snorkelling equipment will be provided from the outrigger ("pirogue").
During this tour of the island's lagoon you will certainly encounter one of the island water's most popular inhabitants: the black tipped shark.

Shark Feeding

It's a magical place, conceived for such an encounter where you can meet these fantastic creatures. You either choose to observe them feeding from the platform (4 meters above the water), or dare to go into the luxurious underwater world for a close and personal. You will be invited into a shallow area, with guides on either side, and in all safely and experience this unique activity.

The submerged platform and a rope to hold on gives you freedom of movement without risk of coral cuts. It is the only one of it's kind in Polynesia, and makes this an ideal way to meet the sharks.

Private Picnic

We'll put together the perfect picnic for you, according to your wish. You can opt for a tour of HUAHINE ITI, or simply relax on the motu (little island). Your personal guide will pick you up with the luxury lagoon cruise, or with a Jet Ski for you at 10:00 am .

This catamaran is especially design for lagoon cruising in high comfort, allowing you to discover the beauty of HUAHINE's lagoon under exceptional conditions. A toilet and shower are available on board to rinse yourself after your swim you will enjoy a comfortable sunbathing deck. At first you will visit the only pearl farm in HUAHINE, in the FAIE bay. You could discover their collection of black pearls and pottery by making the most of this exceptional site. In about a foot of water a tent will be installed that will protect your table from the sun. After a snorkelling on the coral gardens of TEFARERII, you will be invited to an exceptional picnic on the motu, on a white sand bank.

Jet Ski

This unique tour offers the possibility to experience the unparalleled treasures of the aquatic life that surrounds this exquisite island.

With luck you may even meet whales and dolphins between august and November during their mating season in French Polynesia.

The SAFARI JET is about 2h30 long, either in the morning or the afternoon.
We provide free round-trip transportation from your hotel for the SAFARI JET expedition.
